Terms and Conditions for the Buyer
• Buyers must be willing to give their name and contact details
• No cost is involved for the buyer
• Pre-owned Cars 4 Sale will not provide dealership details until the buyer is willing to make an appointment to view the vehicle.
• Pre-Owned Cars 4 Sale will set up the appointment on behalf of the dealer and buyer
• A representative of Pre-Owned Cars 4 Sale may accompany and introduce the buyer to the dealer if required
• Only vehicles from dealerships registered with Pre-Owned Cars 4 Sale will be marketed
• Pre-Owned Cars 4 Sale reserves the right to follow up on a purchase
• Pre-Owned Cars 4 Sale will not be held responsible for poor service, or any irregularities or faults with any vehicle sold to or purchased from a dealer.
• Pre-Owned Cars 4 Sale will not be held liable for any debt or loss incurred with any deal and will not be involved with any exchange of finances between the buyer and seller
• Pre-Owned Cars 4 Sale and any of their representatives will act merely as an agent between buyer and dealer.
